Christianity Today sponsored a thirteen-city tour addressing the theme of grief and loss, aiming to provide attendees with tools to navigate these challenging emotions.

Our agency was recommended to the organizers by a previous client and enlisted our expertise to provide comprehensive logistical support for the tour. Along with creating workflow alignment for the highly creative project team, we assisted with the in-person event experience.

 
 
 

While our primary challenge was to create an engaging and welcoming atmosphere conducive to learning and reflection on the theme of grief, other challenges presented themselves throughout the process. Discovery revealed multiple ideas and desires for event presentation, necessitating adaptability to changing logistics and budget constraints.

Managing these evolving logistics and budget constraints required adaptability and clear communication throughout the project.

 
 
 
 

The tour stops proved successful despite its evolving nature, and attendees engaged deeply with the content, leaving with a greater awareness of grief and its impact on their lives and the lives of others. Overall, increased brand recognition and positive feedback from attendees contributed to the overall success of the tour. The client expressed satisfaction with our services and shared a desire to collaborate on future projects.
